Magdalena is a not-for-profit project. Entry fees cover only the cost of administration and processing.

Entry fee applies to an item (each submitted entry or series* of entries).

• Entry fee for an item submitted and paid for before 17 April 2008: 20 EUR.
• Entry fee for an item submitted and paid for after 17 April and before 25 April 2008: 25 EUR.

All prices specified include 20% VAT.

* Series

Series consists of two or up to five entries that use the same idea to promote the same subject. All entries in the series must compete in the same category.

All payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash.
Entries not paid for until 1 May 2008 will not be allowed to compete.

Money refunds

For submissions cancelled before 30 April 2008 the organizers will charge 10 EUR to cover administrative expenses. After this date no money refunds will be considered.
