The concept of Format Journey is to explore how to capture in artistic terms something intimate or personal. A journey, place or a person. Something with a story that changes over time, covering a series of moments. We are creating an artistic visual representation of these moments, using code-based mathematical unpredictability, visuals and sound taken from real life.
TANGO & HAWAII is a collaborative project for us to create sound and visuals that explore the interplay between the randomized mathematical unpredictability of code and the tangible textures and nuances of real life. Visual land- and soundscapes which melt opposing forces, and bring together unlikely allies to create something which challenges and provokes.
